The need of our customer is for ready to use quality components within cost and time. Targets are acting as a driving force for us. We value the support of our customers. We have dedicated ourselves to excellence in "Aluminium Die Castings & Components" right from concept to component.
We have 3 CNC milling machines. CAD / CAM is done using Unigraphics, Solid Edge, Die-defice & Vericut softwares. We make about 5 to 6 dies a Month in – house. In-house Casting Simulation Facility is also available.
We have 26 High Pressure Die Casting Machines which ranges from 90 tonne to 1250 tonne. We produce castings of weight ranging from 4 gms. to 10.00 kgs. The furnaces are individual holding and melting for specific alloy with necessary controls.
We have 19 CNC machines which include 13 (VMC) machining centers & 6 turning centers. We also have dedicated subcontractors to vendor out machining operations.
In-house finishing processes are Trimming, Shotblasting, Vibro-deburring, Anodizing, Vacuum Impregnation & Chromating. We also have in-house mechanised washing machine & a dedicated leaktest machine for the castings to be leaktested. Subcontracted processes are Powder coating & Lacquering.
